8. Confidentiality
Applicants who receive an offer of employment must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and trade secrets of Drove. This obligation continues even after the employment relationship ends.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Drove reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
